I'm seriously disappointed with this store and it's service. I have a refrigerator that made a loud noise the same day it was delivered! Their response was to give it 24 hr.'s to adjust to the correct temperature. When I called them back, they sent someone out to look at it. The brand technician said it was the fan making the noise, and that a replacement part would need to be sent to my home, then he would come back to install it.(The refrigerator was only 3 days old at this point!) After calling back the store and complaining, they sent a new one out to replace it. Their delivery guy said they had problems with this brand and model. Now my 2ND new refrigerator is making noise again! (This one is 2 weeks old.) When I called back and talk to the sales mgr. he denied that there was anything wrong with the 1ST one that he replaced!(That DON'T MAKE SENSE?)
