The office staff is rude and uncaring. Dr. Pauly acts as if you shouldn't ask any questions and charges 2 to 3 time more they the actual estimate. If they tell you a price, expect to pay WAY more!!!! Took my animal in for surgery, paid the HUGE bill before they would bring him out. There was no explanation of any post-surgical care, just handed him over (actually let go of the lease and turned around and walked away,) they got the money so i guess they figured their job is done. Why are they working with animals? They sure don't seem to care for them, but the pay is great.
