These people give you 3 different estimates which go up every time and then add $500 more when you ready to make a payment. Don't trust them. If you decide to get a procedure done...

Dr. Taketani is thorough and very dedicated . Other facilities have their receptionists call with test results, but here at Porter, Dr. Taketani personally called and discussed what plan of action can be taken to rectify the situation at hand. I love my pets the same as I love my own children. In my heart I know they care. That is important to me. I recommend Porter Pet Hospital. more

RIP OFF 5/4/2012

These people give you 3 different estimates which go up every time and then add $500 more when you ready to make a payment. Don't trust them. If you decide to get a procedure done, get the exact price in writing, so you wouldn't have any suprises later. I spent $1850 for cat's urethrostomy from the first estimate for $250-$600 Pros: null Cons: null more

Porter Pet Hospital are uncaring liars 10/16/2009

The office staff is rude and uncaring. Dr. Pauly acts as if you shouldn't ask any questions and charges 2 to 3 time more they the actual estimate. If they tell you a price, expect to pay WAY more!!!! Took my animal in for surgery, paid the HUGE bill before they would bring him out. There was no explanation of any post-surgical care, just handed him over (actually let go of the lease and turned around and walked away,) they got the money so i guess they figured their job is done. Why are they working with animals? They sure don't seem to care for them, but the pay is great. more
