I requested a simple letter / statement of warranty policy for my frame & lenses from Saratoga Vision Associates in order to file an extended warranty claim with my credit card company. It took 3 faxes from 3 different locations (all with delivery confirmation) and 3 phone calls over a one month period to hopefully get what I asked for (the last phone call was minutes ago in which I was promised it would finally be resolved).
