Today my partner called about getting his Mustang worked on. The person that answered placed him on hold and somebody in charge picked up with a copy of my previous review printed out and ready to quote. He now refuses to do any work on our cars because he is upset about the review I wrote for the place. Which is understandable. However, what he is failing to recognize is that after seeing the review he had an opportunity to make it right, or at the very least call and apologize for our negative experiences. I would then have written an update to my first review that would have been positive instead of this negative one.
I have not embellished on anything I have written. I was being a little spiteful only when I wrote the part about being shady car salesman, however true, I couldn't think of a more classy way to put it. The guy sent me on my way WITH BALD TIRES. It is ridiculous that upon PURCHASING MY THIRD CAR that he would send me away with THREE BALD TIRES and then offer to replac
