Credit Cars

I would not suggest to my worst enemy to buy a car from credit cars. My friend and I have both purchased a car from there shady little lot down in Petuluma, and its been nothing but hell! I purchased a car for 7k ( at the time I was desperate and thought I had bad credit) and it was a piece of junk! With in 3 months of owning the car, I soon found out that the car had a rod knock! The repairs on the car were going to over 3k in cost, It pretty included a new engine.. I basically drove the car till it died and let the fu**kers repo that piece of crap. That car wasn't worth a dime! They knew when they sold me that car that they were ripping me off! Never again! Might I add that I just purchased a car from Freeman Lexus Of Santa rosa and it was a great! Don't buy from credit cars! more

These guys suck. We bought a van from them five years ago because our credit was shoddy. They sent us away with four tires that didn't match and three styles of hubcaps. About a month later we got a flat and the spair didn/t even fit the car. Later the car began to smoke and we drove back to peteluma 180 miles for them to tell us there was noithing wrong with it.I told them about the spare and they gave me one off another van and it did not fit either. If you want a good buying experience visit Ken Fowler Moters in Ukiah Ca about an hour north of Peteluma They will treat you right. Since dealing with Credit Cars lame excuse for transportation We have bought tovehichles from Ken Fowler. Credit Cars has a bad rep they should do something to fix it. more

just wanted to comment on the 2 bad reviews i read..and give my own comment..well the first moron bought three cars there..if they are so bad and such crooks why would you go back? second moron..complaining about a car he bought for 7000 and its only worth 1000..DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY..and i hardly doubt that the car is only worth 1000..and for me i found a great car there very low miles..very clean..took it to my mechanic and he said it was fine..i paid 7000 for it and it blue booked for 7000..plus they will fix anything that is wrong within 90 days providing you pay for the part..they will do the labor for free..im happy more

Today my partner called about getting his Mustang worked on. The person that answered placed him on hold and somebody in charge picked up with a copy of my previous review printed out and ready to quote. He now refuses to do any work on our cars because he is upset about the review I wrote for the place. Which is understandable. However, what he is failing to recognize is that after seeing the review he had an opportunity to make it right, or at the very least call and apologize for our negative experiences. I would then have written an update to my first review that would have been positive instead of this negative one. I have not embellished on anything I have written. I was being a little spiteful only when I wrote the part about being shady car salesman, however true, I couldn't think of a more classy way to put it. The guy sent me on my way WITH BALD TIRES.
