Dr. Handle was polite enough but seemed to be high priced when compared to other reputable vets. He also pushed lots of diagnostics that weren't necessary. I got a quote of $350 to get my male cat neutered. Other reputable vets in the area gave me estimates of around $150. He itemizes everything even down to taking the blood pressure.
As a suggestion to him if he is reading my review, you may want to consider setting your fees to be comparable to other vets in your area. And also refer to certain criteria (reported signs and symptoms) before conducting too many pricey diagnostic tests. Just like a doctor for humans is often limited by what diagnostic tests are covered by insurance companies so too vets should follow a set of guidelines before performing expensive often unnecessary procedures/diagnostic tests.
I did discover or was helped to realize through Dr. Handle that cats don't eat where they go to the bathroom. So keep your food a good distance from your litter box. My cat beg
