after coming to this office for years, enduring long waits for doctors, usually having to see physicians' assistants in lieu of 'actual' doctors who are NEVER available, i recently had an annual checkup with my 'real' doctor.
called from the subway to explain that i was going to be late, was told to come anyway. when i showed up, late, thanks to the MTA, was told that i couldn't be seen, and then my 'doctor' came out and started yelling at me for taking too much of her time.
never mind the 8-10 hours total i've waited after showing up on time, come late once, and the doctor will dress you down, in public! seriously?
also a great place if you want to bask in the glory of overentitled, hypochondriacal upper west siders.
