I signed up for the personal training sessions, then cancelled within the 3 day time frame that was allowed. It has been 39 days and I still havent received my refund. I have called and talked to several different people. Each time they say they will look into it and call me back. So far no one has called me back. I dont understand why it is taking so long. It is making me want to cancel my membership completely. If you do sign up for this gym, dont sign up for the personal training unless you absolutely can afford it as it is expensive. They will pressure you!
