My daughter who lives in Sacremento made the dinner arrangements for my 50th birthday party,I had friends coming long distance's for this event,when they got there it was unclear as to who was going to wait on our table at first it was a very nice young man by the name of Jamal,but this female waitress wanted to wait our table,when she took over it all went south from there,their were about 8 of us at the table before eight and ordered our dinner,one guess who happens to be white got her meal first and it was cold,they took it back,26 mins later i got my meal and the cooked greens still had that tag thing on them when you buy them out of the store on them,The head waitress had the nerve to ask me if i wanted more greens,knowing they probably didn't clean them in the first place ,My sister waited appox. 45 min to place her order then an hour for it to get to the table,My daughter's boyfriend waited over an hour to get his food,nobody's food arrived at the same time,nobody was ever asked if they wanted anything from the bar,we had to keep waving her down for water,My friend April flagged Jamale down for a glass of wine.now mind you my daughter called and made the arrangements showed them her ID at the door and it was agreed those under 35 would leave by 9 p.m., it was 4 young people in my party that were all over 23,before they all left i asked them to dance with me and it was a line dance,the owners made them leave the dance floor,Mind you they didn't mind taking their money ,with the bad service and the rudeness alot of my friends left and those that came after 9 left early also,We talked to the owner Benny and he was just as rude,stating she was the only one complaning,no one in my party was happy about how we were treated, one of my friends asked for her check that took over 45 min. to get,whan she was leaving the building the waitress that waited on our table passed her and said By Bitch.I really wished i would have read the blogs on this place I will NEVER visit this Jazz Club again,Im active in my commuity and will tell them about my DISGUSTING
