I went in Yesterday 10/23/09. I Was attended by a sales rep. J.S. I was told need to get approved/credit wise. However they will give me a call so i can come in and discuss payment arrangments etc. Per sales rep best to leave a deposit. I left a $1,000 deposit I got receipt. Was told by the saless Rep. If I dont like the arrangement, I will just go with the receipt and get my refund. Remember it was just a deposit/ a hold. A few hours went by, I went to the dealer stating I changed my mind no longer interrested on the vehicle i came to get my deposit. Mind you I dint sign for the Vehicle nor Discuss Payment arrangements. The sales rep was rude, stating i cant change my mind. Turn me over to the Manager he said you're not getting your Money back take me to court. It was awful, but they dont know i work for an Attorney this case will be Provono for me. Becareful don't leave deposit, just incase you still need to do some window shopping. And if you do need to Make a deposit make sure you write out a check, that way all you have to pay is the cancelation fee. Good Luck. P.S I had to rate a one. it wont let me leave it blank.
