I initially decided to use Sound of Tri-State because of their product knowledge and the attention they give to the customer's needs. As opposed to a typical retail location that moves product based on profit points, Sound of Tri-State is focused on customer satisfaction.

For example, before they do anything, they ask me what I want from the relationship. They allow me to make the final decision based on how much I want to spend or what will be most beneficial for me.
When they did a home theater installation for me and I decided that I wanted to exchange the system for a higher-end product, they took the entire system back at no charge. I only paid the difference.
