Serviced my tractor with Midstate many times over the years and each and every time it either comes back incomplete, incorrect or damaged. They do not get what it means to provide excellent customer service. They either don't care or are just plain incompetent. I wish I could say it was just me to be fair, but it's not. All of my friends and neighbors are saying the exact same thing about this place. I can't help but wonder just how much more business they could be doing if they just changed their attitude and service.
