I have been dealing with Midstate for years; lawnmowers, weed whackers, backpack leaf blowers, whatever equipment I have needed. They are always courteous and helpful. I have never had any difficulty with service and/or repairs. And often they fix little things (that I could never do) while I wait. I have never had an even slightly negative experience. more

Consistently Horrible Service 10/22/2009

Serviced my tractor with Midstate many times over the years and each and every time it either comes back incomplete, incorrect or damaged. They do not get what it means to provide excellent customer service. They either don't care or are just plain incompetent. I wish I could say it was just me to be fair, but it's not. All of my friends and neighbors are saying the exact same thing about this place. I can't help but wonder just how much more business they could be doing if they just changed their attitude and service. Pros: Location Cons: Service, Sales, Attitude more

we bout a tractor from midstate 14 years ago and had no problems with it. we brought it in to the shop to get tune-ups every year and they were always on top of there game with getting back to us. just a few weeks ago our tractor stop running. so we brought it in to get repaired and they still havent got back to us. so wondering whats going on we called them and asked what was going on with it. they couldnt find any records of us bringing our tractor there. we had to drive there and point out our tractor then they still didnt know what was wrong with the thing. DONT GO TO MIDSTATE THEYRE HORRIBLE AT BUISNESS!!!!!!!!!! Pros: good place to buy a tractor Cons: HORRIBLE SERVICE more

poor communication on warranties 6/1/2008
