I only gave a one star rating because you have to give some sort of rating to publish a review. I took my car to Pat's and when it was damaged while drying. I expected to be met with professionalism but was met with hostility and denial by both the manager and owner. The damage was all done on the driver's side by the employee working on that side of my vehicle. My car had (from the quotes) between $1400-$1700 in damage. While being dried the employee must have been wearing a ring or dropped his chamois in gravel. The scratches were in a very distinct pattern and the scratches were all matching. I am positive the scratches were not there prior to the wash and the car is garage kept. When I tried to take pictures of the damage I could only get reflections of the sky and clouds while outside or the garage ceiling when it was inside. My car has the typical very minor scratches but has nothing major and not even a door ding. I have worked hard to keep my vehicle as nice as possible and often took my car to Pat's to be cleaned. But with the response I received from the owner Pat Murray and his manager Lyn I will not return.
Pros: the vacuums work
Cons: you might drive away with a damaged vehicle
