In early April I ordered a dress with a jacket for my son's October wedding. They insisted I was a size 2 when I normally wear a size 8. Twice they ordered a jacket that was too small for me and then told me there wasn't time to order another because it was 2 weeks until the wedding. After I complained, they finally offered to get the material from the company and have their seamstress make me the same jacket in the correct size. When I picked it up five days before the wedding, it looked like a bad sewing project done by a high school student. They also had neglected to let out the hips of the dress; instead they had taken in the waist and bust, making the whole thing too tight. Luckily I was able to find a seamstress that afternoon who remade the entire jacket and did the dress alterations properly within two days so that I was able to wear it to the wedding.
