I felt it would be good to support a local business over a big box store, bad idea! Kevin's installed my carpet, and within a week it was pulling off the tack strip. I called Kevin's 3 times and set up 3 separate appointments to get it fixed, and they never showed for any of them! I took time off work to come home so they could fix it, but they never showed!!!! I ended up fixing it myself after I purchased my own tools. STAY AWAY!!!!?
