I've dealt with them for years and I continue to be impressed. The sales staff are professional and very knowledgeable. They try to help with purchases, not just sell. Plus I also love helping a local KY business. more

I used Kevin's Carpets for my home last fall. They did a great job and where super careful with my stuff. I had them come back and look at a flaw in the carpet and they fixed it right away. I would recommend them highly. Don was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable. I give them a A+\r D. H. more

I had Kevin's come out and install hardwood through the entire downstairs of my home. I worked with Chad and Diana at the showroom. They where very helpful and efficient. My floors where installed by Chuck in about 2 weeks. He is a craftsman for sure. I could not believe how fast everything went. The prices where great and I love my new floor. Thanks Chad and Diana more

I had Kevin's install ceramic in my kitchen. We did a border around the room with tiles on the diagonal in the center. Chuck the installer did a great job. He was so careful with the stuff and cleaned up behind himself everyday. I am well pleased and plan to do more. I worked with Brock (the salesman) and he was a very nice young man. more

Stay away!!!!!!!! 10/29/2009

I felt it would be good to support a local business over a big box store, bad idea! Kevin's installed my carpet, and within a week it was pulling off the tack strip. I called Kevin's 3 times and set up 3 separate appointments to get it fixed, and they never showed for any of them! I took time off work to come home so they could fix it, but they never showed!!!! I ended up fixing it myself after I purchased my own tools. STAY AWAY!!!!? Cons: they do not back up their work more
