A seviceman of Bonfe's Plumbing, Heating and Air Services, Inc. replaced a flapper in the toilet tank , charging $103, replaced a filler valve in the same toilet tank for $196 and a shutoff valve for the toilet tank , charging $275. The invoice did not show what the parts cost were, but I estimate them to be less than $20 all combined. The man spent less than two hours there, and some of that time he spent trying to sell a service contract for $1296. These charges are far too high, I will never deal with the company again.
