Great customer service over the phone. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Had Andrew F. come by recently for a furnace tune up and he helped explain what he was doing and provided me with some tips for good maintenance moving forward. Can't go wrong with this company. more

Furnace Tune UP 11/5/2015

Tom K came early to appt. for furnace tune up. He was professional and friendly. He installed an Aprilaire filter. He also noticed that our water heater was leaking slowly and advise to replace. He also thought we should replace our water softener due to age and lime deposits on our Aprilaire filter. We appreciated his observations! more

Boiler furnace maintenance 11/3/2015

Tom K did an exceptional job in explaining the gurgling sound from my hot water heat boiler. He explained a service plan that exceeded my current service plan with another provider. He check CO levels and offered many tips for safety and maintenance I can do. I'd have him back and would highly recommend his work. (Bonfe: I suggest he get a bonus!) more

Furnace inspection 10/31/2015

Had my annual furnace check done by Jeff T. of Bonfe's. Jeff did a great job, explained everything he did and suggested some other possible filter and humidifier options. He was here about 1/2 hour, left the utility room looking just as it had when he got here! more

Fall Tune-Up 9/18/2015

We had Zach from Bonfes out to check our furnaces. He was on time as promised and did all the preventive work in under an hour including diagnosing a thermostat failure that had plagued us all summer. Nice consistent performance from this company through the years. more
