Let me begin by saying that I normally don't write reviews. However, this place was so awful I couldn't resist. First, the service is terrible and they are understaffed. Second, be prepared to sit there all night waiting for your food. Third, when the food finally came the chicken was cold, the steak tasted like rubber and the side dishes were boring and bland. But that isn't even the best part. As we were leaving, we saw our prick of a waiter run out to the parking lot after an old man and his wife in their car. I saw them sitting at their table as long as us without getting their food. They happened to walk out after experiencing the same crap service as us. What did this waiter do? He started pounding the guys car w his fist. We went back in to tell the owner. The owner didn't see anything wrong w this behavior bc this guy and his wife didn't pay for thier glass of wine. Oh, and I almost forgot, I felt like I was eating dinner in the middle of a night club. The music was unnecessarily and obnoxiously loud, even after we asked them to lower it. And they even pumped smoke into the room w smoke machines for some stupid reason. Seriously! Is that supposed to be cool? What a waste of tome and money.
