I am able to quickly get to a state of relaxation by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I find that by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration in conjunction with total body vibration I am able to quickly bring the energy down to my lower body from my head. When I bring my attention to the movement of my head going from left to right and let my natural rhythm take over I can feel the thoughts leaving the front of my brain and the energy moving to my brain stem. It is a quick and simple way to quiet the mind!
