Less stress when traveling 10/13/2009

When I'm traveling, I use Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration while sitting in the airport or on the plane. It helps me to relieve anxiety and stress. I keep my Brain Wave Vibration CD with me while I'm traveling and I do the intestinal breathing exercises while I'm sitting in the airport or on the plane. I can do the Brain Wave Vibration while I'm waiting in the airport because you know, when you move your head back and forth, people think you're just loosening up for the trip, but really I'm relaxing and clearing my mind to be more alert for whatever comes with a positive attitude! I usually have very little jetlag once I arrive at my location, but it used to really bad before I used Dahn Yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I would always have anxiety but now I'm more relaxed and take my time. I'm never in a rush. I think joining Dahn Yoga and learning Brain Wave Vibration has been the best investment and preventative health care that I could have found. Cons: It is very beneficial for improving overall condition more

I became simple & powerful 10/13/2009

I am able to quickly get to a state of relaxation by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I find that by doing Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration in conjunction with total body vibration I am able to quickly bring the energy down to my lower body from my head. When I bring my attention to the movement of my head going from left to right and let my natural rhythm take over I can feel the thoughts leaving the front of my brain and the energy moving to my brain stem. It is a quick and simple way to quiet the mind! Pros: Quite my mind Cons: My concentration is really improved more

I improved my overall condition 10/13/2009

I had been at my doctor?s office and had high blood pressure. I was looking for some type of exercise that would help with that help get the blood flowing and offset carpal tunnel in my arms. I came to give it a try, and after a month and a half, I started noticing changes taking place. My posture improved, and as I felt the blood flowing through my body, my body was loosening and warming up. I began to get healthier, so I began to participate a couple times a week and it?s a good thing. I enjoy Dahn Yoga. Pros: It is very beneficial for improving relaxation & circulation Cons: Try it and get benefit for your body & mind more
