Thank God for DSL from the reliable old phone company!! Charter screwed up my automated billing, unbeknownst to me, now wants to charge ME $25 for it. In addition, they cut off my service and want ME to pay $50 to reconnect it, plus a month's service charge in advance. Well, I don't think so.
