Fine seafood dining is the best I can say about these folks as it says it all. The mahi-mahi was fresh and grilled to perfection. The halibut was perfectly fried and the accompanying crab meat was succulent and divine. The risotto was my first and everything I had imagined it should be: creamy, flavorful, buttery. The crab-stuffed shrimp and crab cake were indescribably delicious. The textures, flavors, smells, and presentations were pure gourmet, and proof that fine food is good food on Galveston Island.
Pros: I'd eat slop if it had lump crab like that on it.
Cons: Trainee waitresses take a little more patience.
