I don't know how this company is staying in business! They write up for parts they don't truly replace and submit them under your warranty plan. Also, when they need to order a part for your machine it takes MONTHS for them to get it in. They'll tell you the part is on backorder when that is not the case as I confirmed this information with the actual distributor. The staff is rude, unprofessional and the worst you?ll ever deal with, specifically the office manager, Melissa. I suggest searching for another company before you consider counting on L&R Home Appliance Repair. I encourage other consumers to post their complaints so we can work together to put this company out of business. This company is only out for themselves and does not care about their customer's needs. I wonder if the owners (Robert or Simon Milton) of this company have any idea how poorly their staff handles issues or maybe the apple doesn?t fall far from the tree.
