I have lost 30 pounds since training with Chisholm. Besides his extensive knowlege on training, he is also a great resource on diet and nutrition. The weight started to come off once I really listened to his coaching regarding, weight training, cardio and nutrition. I also like how he is always looking for ways to improve the workouts and tailors each work out to each of his clients. After working out for over a year, I still enjoy the sessions, and I am still seeing results.
