I HATED working out before I started training with Chisholm. I wanted to get in shape to compete in a swimsuit competition, so I decided to get a personal trainer. The workouts with Chisholm are never the same - he changes up what I am doing all the time so I don't get bored or complacent. Not only does he motivate me to work hard and push myself, but I really learned the importance of nutrition. He has sent me numerous meal ideas to choose from and they were tailored to the food that I like and would actually eat. My main goal was to tone up so I would feel confident in my bathing suit on stage - I ended up WINNING the swimsuit competition at Miss Dallas USA and placing in the top 15 at Miss Texas USA. I could never have done it without his help and advice!
