This was the craziest experience I have ever had with a company! I was going to order plaques from them. Since I had an idea of what I wanted them to look like, I gave the associates a layout. I told them that it didn't have to look exactly like the layout, but I wanted the plaques to be similar. They proceeded to tell me that the engraving machine just ""picks out"" what the plaque looks like - that they ""push a button"" and out pops a beautiful plaque. I work with design every day and have never heard anything like this. Because I questioned it and was trying to understand what they were telling me, they thought I was being difficult and treated me - and my colleague - badly. Would not recommend them to anyone who has any design knowledge or any idea of what they want!
Pros: Friendlly - until you start asking questions!
Cons: Not helpful at all
