We contacted Jason to discuss his company catering a 50-60 person sit down dinner for our September garden wedding at our home. Jason graciously agreed to come over to hear what we had in mind and to walk us through what would be involved to plan a catered event in a medium-sized house versus a large open-room venue. His expertise, professionalism, patience and attention to detail was invaluable to the success of our event. For example, Jason suggested plating the salads to add a nice tough to a buffet dinner and also minimizing the buffet line. He was also very helpful in the selection of our menu taking into consideration budget, which foods worked well together and logistically for our situation. Jason brought his staff to the house well in advance to walk them through the logistics to ensure they understood when and how everthing would unfold for the dinner. We even had some unexpected guests drop in and Jason's staff didn't miss a beat. They stepped in and took care of everthing so the event came off seamlessly. We got rave reviews from our guests for the service and the food.
