Very consumer unfriendly. After the work is done, they exaggerate how long they have worked, overcharging you. In addition (and after the fact), they tell you that they bill by the half hour (if the work goes 5 mins. beyond an hour, you pay for the extra 30 mins). No response to complaint about overcharging. Very dissatisfied. They used to have a good reputation in the neighborhood, but no more.
