DO NOT USE Billharz Plumbing. If anything goes wrong, they will not stand by their work. I am a little surprised that after each horrible experience reported by someone on this page, there is a wonderful experience reported by someone else - I wonder if that is not Billharz themselves trying to patch the damage they done to others - such a horrible company, expensive and un reaches once they get the $$$. See my pictures attached to see what a horrible job they did in my house - there is a wall of cement on each side of the tub to ""reinforce"" the tub, but there is a hole on the floor.
My story: I hired them to install my tub 3 years ago and today I had to remove it because of multiple cracks that developed on the bottom of the tub. When I took the tub out, I learned that the foundation of the tub ( the bed) contained many large holes, so when I stepped into the tub (to shower) on the exact hole, it cracked. I spoke with Billharz, and they said:
1. We do't care, it's been 3 years,
2. That's what I get for buying cheap stuff.
3. i should call the manufacturer and ask them to make stronger base for future tubs,
4. they will not come and see the issue because its 3-year old and i no longer have a contract with them - what contract, and why does that matter.
Yes of course the tub was not expensive, but, they should have installed it with a strong foundation - right? Nevertheless, he charged me $4000 ($3969) for installing my tub, toilet, sink and weld two coper pipes. Now 3 years later, who gives a fly about tub floor collapsing! Who cares that he got paid $4000!!! Hey Henri, I worked hard for that money, and you should be shame of yourself doing shit-jobs while charging top money!!!! Please be carefull when selecting plumbers because they all claim to know until they get the money, then they run and hide behind their front desk assistants who confirm that they not in the office LOL. What an life to live!!!
