My wife and I entrusted Christies Flowers to deliver an anniversary flower arrangement to my parents while they were in Naples Florida. We asked for it to be delivered "as early as possible" on the day of their anniversary and by 5:30pm it had not been delivered. Christies told us we had not specified an AM delivery and they had done nothing wrong meanwhile my parents were already on their way out to dinner for the night. They would not compromise on a discount or make this up to us in any way so we canceled the late worthless order and they couldn't care less. Apparently business is good at Christies and they don't need our business nor do they care about our satisfaction. If you'd like to be made to feel the same way then its definitely your place.
