Christie's Flowers & Gifts

Terrible. Do not order flowers from this florist. The flowers are VERY overpriced for what you receive and the arrangements are (for lack of a better term) tacky and small. I spoke with the woman at the desk, she didn't seem interested in my dissatisfaction. \r I have since ordered all of my flowers from a florist downtown that I thought would be expensive, but to my surprise, the prices were more reasonable than Christie's! Do not waste your money, use another florist. more

Yesterday was my parent's 25th anniversary in Naples. Since I live in California, I was unable to make it out there to celebrate like I had wished. I decided to have an arrangment delivered to the restaurant that they were going to celebrate that evening, and found Christie's to be the closest florist to the restaurant. Now having worked as a florist here for almost 10 years, I was of course skeptical. The customer service personell are first class! They were extremely helpful and gave great insight as to what they might enjoy that would represent their time together. Even though I called somewhat late in the day, they insisted that it would be there in time. \r \r My parents were surprised at the restaurant where they met up with friends to celebrate. Everyone raved about the arrangement! I looked good even in my absence ;) \r \r Thank you Christie's for taking care of this for me - no what to do for Mom's birthday in July... more

My wife and I entrusted Christies Flowers to deliver an anniversary flower arrangement to my parents while they were in Naples Florida. We asked for it to be delivered "as early as possible" on the day of their anniversary and by 5:30pm it had not been delivered. Christies told us we had not specified an AM delivery and they had done nothing wrong meanwhile my parents were already on their way out to dinner for the night. They would not compromise on a discount or make this up to us in any way so we canceled the late worthless order and they couldn't care less. Apparently business is good at Christies and they don't need our business nor do they care about our satisfaction. If you'd like to be made to feel the same way then its definitely your place. more
