I would love to change from Summit but can't find a family practice group as close to me. The communications process is terrible. They don't relay messages back to the doctor and force patients to come in for a visit just to renew a prescription, even though you may have just see a doctor. They are much too focused on getting as many patients in as possible during a day with little time to really talk to you. And don't be late. If you are 10 minutes late they coldly tell you that the doctor "might" not see you because they have a late policy. Yet, when I've waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment, they really don't care.
