I am a local customer who went to Automax to buy 2008 Audi A6 that I saw advertised in the newspaper. Upon arrival at the Route (9) dealership I saw so many nice cars and really got confused. My salesman Randy test drove about eight cars with me before I fell in love with the Mercedes. Randy was so friendly, helpful, and patient he went over every car with me in detail, showed me each car's service history and introduced me to the service manager at the dealership. I was really impressed with the service facilities at Automax, as it was packed with customers getting state inspections and so forth. I purchased a 2006 Mercedes E350 and I am happy with the decision. I have been driving the car for three months now and everything has been smooth. I have shopped many new and used car dealers in the Boston area and not one of them showed me the kind of respect, patience, courtesy and pricing Randy did at Automax. I have since referred several friends who have all bought cars from Automax and are very satisfied as well.\r
