I am reading this review by Wendy S. (who is Wendy S.?) and I am totally blown away by her comments about Laurel Tidmarsh. I have worked with Laurel for over 5 years... During that time the construction company and the clients spent thousands of dollars buying plumbing fixtures, appliances and lighting. With her help the construction company I work for has created projects that were featured in Designer Publications and also were mentioned in the Boston's Top Architectural Magazines. She is one of the top most knowledgeable and resourceful person at Ferguson's showroom in Lynn. She has dealings with all of my clients, very prompt and attentive to all my client's questions, spends time listening to the client's needs and advises on the cost, features and effectiveness of any of the products, always is able to offer her expertise when there are budget concerns. In so many instances she was most helpful over the phone when there has been a questions from the project sites. I could
