Laurel at Ferguson's came through for me 8/12/2010

When another plumbing supply company failed to tell me that my Hansgrohe shower trim was back-ordered for 6 weeks and the plumber was coming in 3 days to finish the installation, I called Ferguson's to see if they could get me the part. Laurel Tidmarsh located the part in Illinois and it was on my doorstep the very next day. Her quick and friendly service kept my bathroom remodel on schedule and enabled me to stay with my first choice design. \r \r When we do our kitchen remodel I'll be calling Laurel at Ferguson's. more

Would Never Use Again 5/4/2010

Would give them no stars if possible. So far - 6 items ordered from Ferguson, 3 have come in damaged. Faucets looked like they were previously attempted to be installed but Ferguson repackaged and tried to pass them off as new. Costing me money and adding to my work schedule. Would never use ever again.... more

World Class is what it's called 1/4/2009

I am reading this review by Wendy S. (who is Wendy S.?) and I am totally blown away by her comments about Laurel Tidmarsh. I have worked with Laurel for over 5 years... During that time the construction company and the clients spent thousands of dollars buying plumbing fixtures, appliances and lighting. With her help the construction company I work for has created projects that were featured in Designer Publications and also were mentioned in the Boston's Top Architectural Magazines. She is one of the top most knowledgeable and resourceful person at Ferguson's showroom in Lynn. She has dealings with all of my clients, very prompt and attentive to all my client's questions, spends time listening to the client's needs and advises on the cost, features and effectiveness of any of the products, always is able to offer her expertise when there are budget concerns. Best Products, Best Sales Person 12/11/2008

I cannot be on the completely other side of the coin regarding my sales person, Mark Collins, than the previous reviewer. We had nothing short of an amazing experience at the Fergusons in Lynn. Besides the fact that they have a great selection of products at every price point, I felt that Mark knew everything. He knew the pros and cons of all the different lines and was so helpful I never could have done the entire house with out him. The one on one scheduled time slot with him was priceless; it allowed us to pick out our new kitchen,six bathrooms and entire house lighting in less than three visits. I would never buy any fixture from anyone else and recommend Mark to everyone I know. more

What a miserable sales person 10/22/2008

If you decide to purchase anything from this company, make sure your sales person is not LAUREL TIDMARSH. She practices the most convenient form of customer service there is: NONE. My dealings with this woman have been nothing but miserable. She blew me off, conveniently "never gets" my voicemails, refuses to call me back, gets mad when i call her, and i had to go over her head to get an answer from her... and then resorted to even worse tactics. I'M APPAULED. The amount of money you pay for these appliances should be backed by much better service. WHAT A B@&*#^ more

If you are doing a bathroom remodel..this is the place to get your fixtures 8/13/2006

If you are doing a remodel of your bathroom or kitchen, they have all the top brands and styles. They have a much more extensive selection than the home stores and you can special order things. We remodeled a small bathroom and I wanted to turn my tub around to fit the room. I couldnt get a smaller tub that the other home stores, but I was able to special order one here. It took about three weeks or so, and they delivered it. Over the years, we have sometimes had to come here for an odd fitting needed on the old fashioned faucets of our old bathroom. They always seemed to carry the part we wanted. The plumbers get their supplies here as well. They have a great selection of kitchen stuff too, but I am not as familiar with it as I am with the bathroom fixtures. They are very helpful in finding just what you need. They have been on the Lynnway for years,,,they were formally called Standard Supply up until a few years ago. more
