In 2003, we had a home built by Gary Steve. Bahr?s was selected by our builder for the ac installation in our home. We have a two story house that is approx. 2600 sq.ft. Within one month of moving into our new home, we had to have Bahr?s back out regarding dramatic temperature changes between the upstairs and downstairs. Long story-short....within one month of having them back out, these are all the changes that they made:\r

1. They swapped the unit for a bigger unit.\r
2. They added 2 small returns, one upstairs in our bedroom and one downstairs in our stair hall. The return that was added in our stair hall downstairs cut directly thru our upstairs hall closet, cutting our shelving literally in half. The duct work that runs thru that closet was never enclosed and to this day is still visible...a large silver duct is what you see when you open that closet. \r
