I want to thank Bahr's Propane Gas & A/C for all their help and patience while and before the installation of my new air conditioning unit. It's not easy for me to make decisions alone. When the time came to replace my antique A/C I solicited bids from three local companies. Bahr?s was the only company to address my unique sealed attic insulation in their calculation of the best size and product to both cool and heat my home. The sales technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to both listen and explain his product. \r The installers followed suit with what I can only surmise to be a company attitude of caring, efficiency and consideration. In 2003, we had a home built by Gary Steve. Bahr?s was selected by our builder for the ac installation in our home. We have a two story house that is approx. 2600 sq.ft. Within one month of moving into our new home, we had to have Bahr?s back out regarding dramatic temperature changes between the upstairs and downstairs. Long story-short....within one month of having them back out, these are all the changes that they made:\r \r 1. They swapped the unit for a bigger unit.\r 2. They added 2 small returns, one upstairs in our bedroom and one downstairs in our stair hall. The return that was added in our stair hall downstairs cut directly thru our upstairs hall closet, cutting our shelving literally in half. The duct work that runs thru that closet was never enclosed and to this day is still visible...a large silver duct is what you see when you open that closet. \r 3. A few years ago, we had Bahrs fill our 2 propane tanks at out trailer. Then we decided to go with a central air and heating system - electric. The compny that installed the new system, removed the old furnace and disconnected the 2 propane tanks. They told us to call for a refund on the full tank and partial on the partly-used tank (by weight), which we did. They came out, and CHARGED us to take away the tanks, and when we asked for the refund, they said "we don't do that"!!! I was so angry that I've told EVERYONE not to do business with this company, and I hope people will NOT call them. more

The folks at Bahr's Have been servicing our A/C unit for years. Always friendly, always fast, and they do fantastic work. There is no job too small or too large for these guys. Reasonable quotes and pricing. more
