I have been wearing glasses for 28 years. I've never received such lousy service, such a runaround, and so much b.s. from the staff. They figured the insurance wrong, ""Ooops, you owe us an extra $140!"" The lenses that they ground to fit my existing frames don't fit the frames (there are gaps around the edges in several places). The bullying technician guy also managed to bend my frames well out of their original shape (he kept saying that he had ""straightened"" them) so that they no longer fit my face and then he REFUSED to adjust them. Now the coating on the lenses is peeling off after only 14 months - and I've been very careful to only use the special glasses cleaning cloth on them. I did not see the Dr. so I cannot comment on how she is, but the rest of the staff doesn't know what they are doing, either with glasses or with customer service. I wouldn't give these people any of your time or money.
