Let me start by saying that I am not a fastidious restaurant goer. I used to go to the Abe's on Main Street in Downtown Littleton all the time. They had the best babaghanoush I've ever had.\r

Some friends and I visited the new location at Wads & Hampden. We walk in and it seems that ownership spent more time making the place feel ritsy with the large booths, classical music, and waitstaff, than on what actually matters. Aparrently, they changed the Gyro meat to the pre-cooked blocks that are ordered in frozen, and instead of putting them on the vertical rotisserie, they are grilling them. The sandich was less than appetizing, and with all the extra filler they added to it, the meat which tasted like lunchmeat, was cold. If you want a good Gyro, go to Nick's Cafe or Haji Baba's. The babaghanoush was tasty, but to make it look fancy, they only gave us 8 pieces of pita. I wish they would go back to the old Abe's, because I will never again go to the one at Wads & Hampden.\r

I have faith in you and great faith in the non-chain restaurants that this town is littered with. Go back to doing things the right way.\r

PROS: We still have the original location if they didn't go the way the new location did with the food.\r
CONS: Food quality, kitchen experience, prices, size of portions, feelings of nausea...
