I ordered a dress with the usual amount of time it takes for a package to get to my house. Two weeks later, the money hasn't been taken out of my account, I've gotten no confirmation on whether the item was actually sent or not and I can't get ahold of anyone via telephone (apparently their customer service is down...whatever). \r

So I wrote and cancelled my order. They answered promptly with no apologies. \r
