I started training with Penny two months after my second child. With two children under the age of two my workouts had to be time efficient and intense. Within a short amount of time I began to see results and the weight started coming off. Penny varies my workouts so I don't get bored and am constantly challenged. The space I work out in is very private so I can really focus on my workout. I would highly recommend Dakota Personal Training and Pilates!
