I've tried a number of personal trainers in NYC and never been satisfied until I started training at Dakota. Penny and Eric are terrific and their space is great. They can customize your workout to match your goals -- pilates, weight training, etc., and they really help you get great results. more

It doesn't feel like you're going to some smelly, impersonal gym. Rather, you're treated with 100% focus and care for your personal improvement. Total recommendation! more

I am so happy and impressed. I redeemed a coupon for personal training and pilates at this studio. I worked with Eric for training and Andriette for pilates. Their level of experience is excellent, the studio is beautiful, and private. I was so happy and have purchased a package of sessions at a reasonable rate. I'm so excited about finding this studio and these trainers. more

Truly private personal training 5/1/2011

I was tired of working out in front of a hundred other people, waiting for machines and having unanswered questions about my progress. That's history now that I've found Penny and her superb studio. She provides individual training in her private, fully equipped studio, and makes it a pleasure to work out! more

Got me into shape after my pregnancy. 1/13/2009

I started training with Penny two months after my second child. With two children under the age of two my workouts had to be time efficient and intense. Within a short amount of time I began to see results and the weight started coming off. Penny varies my workouts so I don't get bored and am constantly challenged. The space I work out in is very private so I can really focus on my workout. I would highly recommend Dakota Personal Training and Pilates! Pros: Private upscale setting more
