If I could give this restaurant no stars in this review, I would. This place used to be a good spot to have a good meal in a good atmosphere. Typically, you got what you paid for... until recently. I placed my last order at this place this past Saturday. I have noticed the quality and service has gone down from a year or two ago; but it wasn't until Saturday that I realized just how bad this place had gotten. We placed a curb-side to go order for a small party (of friends). We all orderd appetizers to make a sort of ""party platter"". When we made it back and took a look at our order, we noticed the bowl with the ""spinach and artechoke"" dip was over 3/4 the way empty. Well, this of course was not acceptable considering they gave us a mound of chips and enough dip to cover about five. So we called the restaurant and told them that we only had a little less than half a cup of dip. They (and the manager I findally got on the phone) said that was their standard serving size. (Who remembers being able to order the dip for almost 7.00 and getting the bowl full so that it was approriate to the money and for a lunch split between 4 or 5 friends???). That was the last straw. I had a hard time believing they would put that amount of dip down in front of a table and expect that to fly on a dine-in basis. I think some new group has taken over Ocharley's and are in the process of penny pinching themselves out of customers. I, as well as the friends there that night, will never go back to this ""establishment"" again. I urge anyone who is money & service conscious to go elsewhere also. You can get the same dip, at the original price and amount at LOGANS. DO YOU HEAR ME OCHARLEY'S?! (lol)
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Price for serving amount is ridiculous; Food tasting good is by the luck of the draw
