My experience was in Murfreesboro, TN. As far as selection goes the store has a huge selection if you want the same dress as everyone else in the state. I had appointments each time I visited but it seemed like I was wasting my consultants time. I was told during my first visit to view a catalog and pick the styles I liked. I guess I was only supposed to pick one or two dresses I liked because each time I asked for a dress from the catalog, I got a huff and puff from my consultant. I am sorry ""Whos wedding is it"" I thought to myself. My maid of honor had to place my dreeses back on the hanger and pull my dresses because my consultant just walked away after about 15 minutes of me disrupting her busy day. My second visit, which was with my mother to show her my selection, was with the same consultant and was exactly the same. She was lucky my mother was in a good mood or she would have had to be escorted out because the consultants attitude was much worse. We ordered my dress and ignored the rude employee. When returning to pick up my dress 5 weeks later, I got a chance to glance at my file laying on the counter. Your file contains your wedding colors, location, dress selection, and comments from the consultant. My file not only stated what my consultant thought about me, but she also said I was getting married in the middle of a cow field and went on to calling me names. Very professional! I could not believe she received a commision from my dress. I was never rude, even after I saw my file. If I could go back in time, I would have never went into Davids Bridal. No dress is worth being treated like that.
Pros: huge selection
Cons: Rude Rude Rude
