imagine coming into a restaurant kitchen and cooking with the chefs. we went to the garden to pick fresh rosemary and swiss chard. these folks are great. i learned how to make fettucine and vegetarian paella for my wife who is also lactose and gluten free. then a chocolate gelato that will always be one of the specialties of my home kitchen. i can't believe there isn't bigger spread about this awesome place.
