My team came for a iron chef team building event last year, it was great, people, food and venue, learned about their summer Kids Chef program, sent my 13 year old son this year, he had a great time and started cooking at home once a week, can't say enough good things more

Genuine and creatively tasty 2/23/2012

Dorette and Rich provide a completely unique experience at their one-of-a-kind cooking school. Fresh picked homegrown veggies, face-slapping sauces, laughter, and loads of love (is that possible with asparagus and parmesan??) all presented in a down-to-earth atmosphere where healthy meets chocolate and bread-making. These are skills that I hope to carry with me not just as a food arsenal but as a great-cooking ingenue escaping the world of fastfood hash and burn. Love these two chefs and plan to upgrade my skill-set at C'est Si Bon! often, especially since their couscoussier and mandolin make beautiful pasta together! more

So DELISH and PERSONAL 1/24/2012

I have been to team buildings, birthday parties and the summer kids camp. I love this place. I have been coming here for over ten years. \r \r I have met great people at C'est Si Bon- and learned so much about cooking, connecting, and meeting people I would probably not connect with. \r Once with the Kids camp we made a lavendar vanilla cake- and made homemade ice cream. Making ice cream from scratch de-mystified the science of food and teamwork. \r \r I recommend this place to anyone at any culinary level. Dorette and Rich will take care of you. more

Excellent 1/18/2012

A fabulous place. I have experienced the wide range of services they provide and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them. From private classes to corporate events to a summer cooking camp the folks at C'est Si Bon have always provided a fantastic experience. Anyone who loves to cook, is interested in learning how to cook, or who just wants a unique experience should contact C'est Si Bon. I highly recommend the summer teen tours. I went with C'est Si Bon to France and it was among the best experiences I have ever had. The tour was very well planned and helped spark a lifelong obsession with foreign cultures and travel. more

Agree - Buyer Beware 11/4/2010

Cest si bon has a great website and I have had some of their delicious food at farmers' market samples. HOWEVER be careful if you sign up for any of their classes. They do NOT give refund or rainchecks. My husband bought me a gift certificate for a class for Christmas last year. There was no email reminder and a work trip came up and I missed it. There is no rescheduling - you just lose your money. And cest si bon did not answer my emails. more

These chefs have a sense of humor AND amazing patience 1/2/2009

imagine coming into a restaurant kitchen and cooking with the chefs. we went to the garden to pick fresh rosemary and swiss chard. these folks are great. i learned how to make fettucine and vegetarian paella for my wife who is also lactose and gluten free. then a chocolate gelato that will always be one of the specialties of my home kitchen. i can't believe there isn't bigger spread about this awesome place. Pros: tucked away Cons: destination only more

My kids loved it!!!! 10/8/2008

Dorette and her staff are amazing!!! I attended a Team building with my work back in March (which was the most talked about event since) and decied it was right up my kids alley. My two kids ages 7 and 9 attended this summers kid chef program. Not only were they so excited to cook all day but they even came home from camp and made us dinner each night. What a treat! I highly reccomed this to anyone for a work team buliding or the kids program they are fantastic!!! Pros: great location, great value, professional and friendly staff more

They are dishonorable. 3/23/2006

We bought a certificate for 8 couples for C'est Si Bon at the Triangle Heart Association Ball. When we tried to book this package, Ms. Snover said dates were not avalible or the school would be closed as they were traveling to France. Buyer Beware, these folks do not honor what they sell. I would not recommend this outfit. Cons: Cons, terrible, RUN more
