I called Pioneer Techs because my notebook could no longer find my wifi signal in my house and I was sick! Diorge responded so quickly to my call and came over to pick up notebook just as fast. He found out that there was a common problem with my particular HP and not my wifi signal. He handled all of the stuff that would have been a headache for me, such as mailing the notebook back to HP and following up to make sure they made the proper corrections. The bad thing was HP had messed up something else where my notebook wouldn't even turn on and Diorge sent it back to them and made sure they fixed that, too! The best thing about all of it is that Diorge didn't overcharge me and the price was extremely fair. I would definitely recommend Pioneer Techs to anyone having a problem with their computer...laptop or pc!
